Totally recommend for a weekend jaunt

Clean room, friendly staff, with easy access to a large strip mall for any forgotten items.

Noisy surroundings made sleeping difficult.

The elevator safety made me uneasy, yet I appreciated the clean hotel environment.

my stay was fantastic! during my previous visit to boston, the hotel was good, but this one exceeded my expectations. it was so close to the south bay shopping area and had an amazing breakfast with fresh pancakes and yogurt.

parking was a bit scarce.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and a paid airport shuttle. The friendly staff even helped me print important documents during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for a weekend!

Had a great time with friends exploring the Freedom Trail, visiting the Boston Common and the USS Constitution. The breakfast was solid, and the staff made us feel welcome. Plus, the shuttle to the subway made getting around super easy.

The room had a very shabby desk chair that looked like it belonged in the trash.

Convenient stay before a cruise

We stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the comfy room and nice breakfast. The shuttle to the cruise port was super handy. But finding the hotel was a hassle since it was kinda hidden behind a parking lot. Be careful of shuttle pickup spots too, we got confused on that!

Our stay was pleasant, particularly the spacious room and the delicious breakfast options! The walk-in shower was a highlight for its great water pressure. I would definitely choose this again!

Families seeking a decent stay

The hotel had a great breakfast, they really do try to offer variety for everyone. And the room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, extra bedding if you need it.

Not gonna lie, it wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant surprise. The clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast exceeded my expectations. The location, near shops and restaurants, added to the charm, though the check-in process took longer than hoped. Overall, a delightful experience worth revisiting.

Compact yet functional room with a comfy bed, perfect for a quick stay. Enjoyed the hot breakfast featuring seasonal vegetables, and the welcoming check-in experience set a positive tone. However, the lack of a pool was disappointing, and the noise from the nearby freeway was intrusive. Construction noise and the small bathroom left a bit to be desired, but overall, it met our needs well.
